Moody's: No ratings impact on WFRBS 2013-C14 from the Proposed Sale, Transfer and Loan Assumption of the Midtown I & II

New York, October 22, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) was informed that Cole/MacFarlan of Atlanta GA, LLC, the Sponsor for the Midtown I & II, has requested to sell the subject property to Midtown Peachtree SPE, LLC, the Proposed borrower, which is indirectly 100% owned and controlled by Korea Post. The property consists of two office buildings and a parking structure. Midtown One is located at 754 Peachtree Street in Atlanta, Georgia and Midtown Two is located at 725 West Peachtree Street in Atlanta, Georgia.
