Toronto, January 26, 2015 -- Moody's announced today that amendments made on 23 January 2015 to certain CARDS II Trust (CARDS II) program documents, will not, in and of themselves and at this time, result in a reduction, withdrawal, or placement under review for possible downgrade of the ratings currently assigned to the Series 2010-3, Series 2011-4, Series 2012-1, and Series 2013-1 Notes issued by CARDS II.
