Moody's: No rating impact on Utility Debt Securitization Authority Restructuring Bonds following amendments

New York, April 14, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service announced today that the amendment of the Series 2013T, Series 2013TE, and Series 2015 servicing agreements would not, in and of itself and as of this time, result in the downgrade, the placement on review for possible downgrade or withdrawal of the ratings currently assigned to any outstanding Series 2013T, Series 2013TE and Series 2015 notes issued by Utility Debt Securitization Authority (UDSA) and sponsored by Long Island Power Authority (LIPA; Baa1 stable).
