Sydney, February 11, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service announced today that the change in trustee fees for the Torrens Series 2012-1 Trust, Torrens Series 2013-1 Trust, Torrens Series 2013-2 Trust effective on 1 July 2014 will not, in and of itself and at this time, result in the downgrade or withdrawal of the current rating of the Class A notes issued by the above mentioned trusts.
