Moody's: No rating impact on notes issued by Diamond Mortgage Finance 2006 N.V. following Royal Bank of Scotland plc. downgrade.
London, 11 July 2014 -- Moody's announced today that the downgrade of the swap counterparty Royal Bank of Scotland plc. ("RBS") and its proposed action not to take any further remedial action either now or in the future following the breach of the second rating triggers under the swap agreement would not, in and of itself and as of this time, result in the downgrade or withdrawal of the notes rating assigned to Diamond Mortgage Finance 2006 N.V.
