Moody's: No rating impact on Barclays' covered bond ratings, after proposed amendments
London, 16 October 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service has announced today that certain proposed amendments to the terms and conditions of the Series 2009-1, 2010-2, 2011-1 and 2011-2 covered bonds issued by Barclays Bank PLC (senior unsecured A2 stable, adjusted baseline credit assessment (BCA) baa2, Counterparty Risk (CR) Assessment A1(cr)) would not, in and of itself and as of this time, result in the downgrade or withdrawal of the Aaa ratings on the covered bonds.
