New York, July 08, 2015 -- Moody's announced today that the removal of Bank of America Consumer Card Services, LLC (BACCS) from Bank of America's card ABS program following the execution of the documents listed below on 8 July 2015, would not, in and of themselves and at this time, result in a downgrade or withdrawal of the ratings assigned to any class of outstanding notes issued by the BA Credit Card Trust:
