Moody's: No rating impact on Avis Budget rental car ABS following issuance of Series 2013-2 Class C

New York, February 13, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service announced today that the execution of the Amended and Restated Series 2013-2 Supplement to the Second Amended and Restated Base Indenture (the Amended and Restated Supplement), and the related issuance of Class C Notes under the Amended and Restated Supplement (the Class C Notes Issuance), in and of itself and at this time, will not result in a reduction, withdrawal, or placement under review for possible downgrade of any of the ratings currently assigned to the outstanding series of notes (the Rated Notes) issued by Avis Budget Rental Car Funding (AESOP) LLC, an affiliate of Avis Budget Car Rental, LLC (B2).
