New York, January 30, 2013 -- Moody's announced today that the amendment to the Trust Indenture executed on January 28, 2013, which removed Ecuador, as it relates to two specific aircraft for a limited period of time, as a "Prohibited Country" and allows AerCap Ireland Limited, as servicer (Aercap or the Servicer), to place the aircraft in the related jurisdiction, in and of itself and at this time, will not result in a reduction, withdrawal, or placement under review for possible downgrade of the ratings currently assigned to the Series 2006-1 Notes (the Notes) issued by Genesis Funding Limited (the Issuer).
