Moody's: No negative impact on CLO notes issued by Dryden XIV - Euro CLO 2006 Plc following entry into an Issuer Undertaking Letter

London, 16 June 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service announced today that the proposed entry of the Issuer into an Issuer Undertaking Letter ("the Proposal") will not, in and of itself and at this time, result in a reduction or withdrawal of the current ratings on the outstanding notes ("Notes") of Dryden XIV Euro CLO 2006 Plc (the "Issuer").
