Moody's: MLMII 2002-MW1 Ratings Unaffected by the Proposed Transfer of Special Servicing Rights
New York, June 17, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) was informed that the Holders of Certificates evidencing a majority of the Voting Rights allocated to the Controlling Class have designated to replace Berkadia Commercial Mortgage LLC (Berkadia) as the Special Servicer and to appoint CWCapital Asset Management LLC (CWCAM) as the Successor Special Servicer. The Proposed Special Servicer Transfer and Replacement will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in the governing documents.
