Moody's: LB-UBS 2006-C6 Ratings Unaffected by the Proposed Defeasance of the Terrace Office Complex Loan
New York, June 16, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) was informed that Behringer Harvard Terrace, L.P., the Borrower for the Terrace Office Complex mortgage loan, has elected to defease the loan with U.S. Government Securities. The proposed defeasance will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in the governing documents.
