New York, March 06, 2014 -- Driven by a number of large loans that were liquidated at high losses, loans liquidated in 2013 had a loss severity of 46.3%, the highest annual severity since the inception of Moody's report, compared to 40.1% for loans liquated in 2012, according to "US CMBS Loss Severities: Q4 2013 Update," the latest quarterly update from Moody's Investors Service.
