Moody's: GSMS 2005-GG4 Ratings Unaffected by the Proposed Defeasance of Mall at Wellington Green Loan
New York, September 08, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) was informed that TJ Palm Beach Associates Limited Partnership, the Borrower for the Mall at Wellington Green mortgage loan, has elected to defease the loan with U.S. Government Securities. The proposed defeasance will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in the governing documents.
