Moody's downgrades the rating of three notes in Brunel Residential Mortgage Securitization No. 1 and confirms the rating of five notes in ResLoc UK 2007-1 PLC

London, 31 January 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has today downgraded the rating of three junior notes in the UK buy-to-let residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS) transaction, Brunel Residential Mortgage Securitization No. 1 (Brunel No. 1), and confirmed the ratings of five notes in the UK non-conforming RMBS transaction, ResLoc UK 2007-1 PLC. Swap counterparty exposure has prompted today's action. At the same time, Moody's affirmed the ratings of all other rated tranches in Brunel No1.
