Moody's: DBUBS 2011-LC1 Ratings Unaffected by the Proposed Transfer of Special Servicing Rights
New York, December 08, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service was informed that the Directing Holder intends to remove Midland Loan Services, as Special Servicer, and to appoint Rialto Capital Advisors, LLC as the successor Special Servicer, except with respect to each Whole Loan. The Proposed Special Servicer Transfer and Replacement will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in the governing documents.
