Sydney, January 31, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has today assigned a definitive Aaa long-term rating to Series 2013-C4 Tranche 2 mortgage covered bonds issued by Westpac Banking Corporation ("Westpac" or the "issuer") (Aa2 stable, bank financial strength rating B-). Westpac issued AUD 225 million fixed rate Series 2013-C4 Tranche 2 covered bonds with a 10-year soft-bullet maturity and a 1-year Extended Due for Payment Date.
