New York, February 12, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service has downgraded to Aa3 from Aa2 the rating on Maryland Community Development Administration's (MD) $8.2 million Local Government Infrastructure Bonds (Senior Obligation), Series 2012 A-1 and $3.8 million Local Government Infrastructure Bonds (Subordinate Obligation), Series 2012 A-2. The outlook is stable.
