Keppel REIT -- Moody's: Keppel REIT strengthens its asset quality through Marina Bay Financial Centre 3 acquisition

Singapore, September 19, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service says that Keppel REIT's proposed acquisition of a one-third interest in Marina Bay Financial Centre Tower 3 (MBFC3) will improve the quality of the trust's property portfolio and enhance income diversification. This acquisition has no immediate impact on its rating of Baa2 with stable outlook.
