Kellogg Company -- Moody's assigns Baa2 rating to Kellogg EUR$600 million notes
New York, March 02, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") assigned a Baa2 rating to EUR$600 million of ten-year 1.250% senior unsecured notes offered by Kellogg Company ("Kellogg"). The net proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes, including repayment of a portion of commercial paper borrowings. The rating outlook is stable.
