London, 29 June 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service, (Moody's) has today assigned a provisional (P)Baa1 long-term issuer rating to ITG Holding S.p.A. (ITG), a newly created entity which will own 100% of Italgas S.p.A. (Italgas), the largest Italian gas distribution network operator. The rating outlook is stable.
