High Liner Foods Incorporated -- Moody's says High Liner Foods' Acquisition of American Pride Seafoods is a credit negative; no impact to B1 CFR
New York, October 01, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service said today that High Liner Foods' (TSX: HLF) recently announced acquisition of American Pride Seafoods from American Seafoods Group (B3 stable) is a credit negative but it does not impact the company's B1 Corporate Family Rating, B1-PD Probability of Default Rating or stable outlook.
