Mexico, September 12, 2014 -- Moody's said today that the sale of Iusacell is credit positive but have no impacts on Grupo Televisa's ratings (Televisa)'s Baa1/Aaa.mx or stable outlook from the announcement made. The transaction is contingent on the approval of the regulator but it is considered highly likely to be approved.
