Ford Credit de Mexico S.A. de C.V., SOFOM -- Moody's assigns Baa3 and Aa3.mx to Ford Credit de México's Long-Term Certificados Bursátiles
Mexico, September 10, 2015 -- Moody's de México assigned a long-term global local currency (GLC) senior debt rating of Baa3, with a stable outlook, to Ford Credit de México, S.A. de C.V., Sociedad Financiera de Objeto Múltiple, Entidad Regulada's (Ford Credit de México) issuance of Certificados Bursátiles (Ford 15), authorized for an amount of up to MXN1.5 billion and a term of 18 months. At the same time, Moody's assigned a long-term Mexican National Scale senior debt rating of Aa3.mx to these notes.
