New York, June 28, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service affirmed FLY Leasing Limited's (FLY) B2 corporate family rating and the B1 rating of its secured term loan due 2018 issued by subsidiary FLY Funding II S.a.r.l. Moody's also revised the outlook for FLY's ratings to positive from stable.
