New York, August 17, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service is correcting the ratings on the Senior Secured Revenue Bonds (CUSIPs 930868AZ7, 930868BA1, 930868BJ2, 930868BK9, 930868BL7, 930868BM5, 930868BN3, 930868BQ6 and 930868BP8) issued by The Wake County I.F. & P.C.F.A., NC, and Senior Secured Revenue Bonds (CUSIPs 715333AE0 and 715333AF7) issued by Person County Industrial Facilities & Pollution Control Financing Authority, NC to Aa3 from Aa2. These revenue bonds are backed by Duke Energy Progress, LLC. Due to an internal administrative error, Moody's did not maintain the correct ratings on these bonds.
