Coty Inc. -- Moody's: Coty's partial acquisition of Younique is credit negative; ratings unaffected
New York, January 11, 2017 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") commented that Coty Inc.'s ("Coty") partial acquisition of Younique LLC ("Younique") for $600 million is credit negative. However, there is no effect on Coty's current Ba1 Corporate Family Rating. The rating outlook is stable.
