Brunswick City School District, OH -- Moody's downgrades Brunswick City School District, OH to A2; negative outlook assigned
New York, November 15, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has downgraded to A2 from A1 the rating on Brunswick City School District's (OH) general obligation unlimited tax debt. Concurrently, Moody's has downgraded to A3 from A2 the rating on the district's outstanding certificates of participation. The A2 rating applies to $811,000 of outstanding rated general obligation debt and the A3 rating applies to $23.8 million in outstanding rated certificates of participation. The outlook on the district is negative.
