Banco Santander Rio S.A. -- Moody's affirms Banco Santander Rio's ratings
Buenos Aires City, October 12, 2016 -- Moody's Latin America Agente de Calificación de Riesgo (MLA) has affirmed today all the ratings of Banco Santander Río (Santander Río) with a stable outlook. The action on Santander Rio's ratings was prompted by the sale and purchase agreement the bank signed with Citibank's (Citibank N.A., unrated) Argentine branch, to acquire Citi's retail banking business.
