AXA -- Moody's: Low interest rate environment to continue to pressure European Insurance into 2016
London, 12 October 2015 -- The European insurance sector remains under pressure as a result of the low interest rate environment, according to Moody's Investors Service. Low interest rates, coupled with legislative interventions are generally the main drivers for the negative outlooks the rating agency has assigned to a number of European life markets.
