AutoNation, Inc. -- Moody's upgrades AutoNation to Baa3
New York, September 19, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service today upgraded all ratings of AutoNation, Inc. ("AutoNation"). A senior unsecured rating of Baa3 was assigned, with the Ba1 corporate family rating and Ba1-PD probability of default rating to be withdrawn, as will be the SGL-2 speculative grade liquidity rating. A stable outlook was assigned. This concludes the review for possible upgrade that was initiated on June 13, 2013.
