AMP Bank Limited -- Moody's assigns Counterparty Risk Assessments to Australia's major banks
Sydney, June 16, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service has today assigned Counterparty Risk Assessments (CR Assessments) to Australia's four major banks and their branches. The banks affected were: Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited (ANZ), the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA), National Australia Bank Limited (NAB) and Westpac Banking Corporation (Westpac). The Issuer Ratings of all four banks are Aa2 stable, and their Baseline Credit Assessments (BCAs) of a1, and were not affected by this action.
