Wrigley Company Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

CHICAGO, May 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- At its regularly scheduled meeting held today, the Board of Directors of the Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company declared a regular dividend of $0.335 on each share of Common Stock and each share of Class B Common Stock for the three-month period beginning August 1, 2008. These dividends are payable on August 1, 2008 to stockholders of record of each class of stock outstanding at the close of business on July 15, 2008.
