WILLIAMSPORT, Pa., Jan. 31, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- On January 27, 2017, the Board of Directors of Woodlands Financial Services Company (OTCQX: WDFN) declared a quarterly cash dividend of twenty cents per share on its common stock, payable on February 24, 2017, to shareholders of record as of February 10, 2017.
