Wolters Kluwer Executives Recognized for Tax & Accounting Industry Leadership
RIVERWOODS, Ill., Sept. 18, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting executives Teresa Mackintosh, President of U.S. Software for CCH, and Jason Marx, President of CCH Small Firm Services, have been named to the list of Top 100 Most Influential People in Accounting by Accounting Today. The annual list honors those who are helping to shape the current and future direction of the accounting profession.

Teresa Mackintosh, who joined Wolters Kluwer in 2012, is a CPA and seasoned industry executive with a deep commitment to the profession. At CCH, she has led a series of significant new product innovations including CCH AxcessTM, which launched earlier this year. The cloud-based, modular tax preparation, compliance and firm management solution has been well received by professionals, who reported 10-to-30 percent productivity gains this past tax season.
Wolters Kluwer executive Jason Marx assumed the leadership role of CCH Small Firm Services President in 2013. Dedicated to meeting the needs of solo practitioners and small firms, Marx is leading the delivery of high-performing solutions and services, including the recent launch of PortalSafe. Marx previously served as a Vice President and General Manager in the Wolters Kluwer Financial and Compliance Services division.
Marx is a new honoree on Accounting Today's Top 100 list; Mackintosh has been named to the list in previous years.
