Wanderport Names Eric Brown CEO - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Wanderport Corp. (WDRP.PK) announced the appointment of a new Chief Executive officer, as well as, new headquarters effective July 1, 2014.

Eric Brown has been appointed as its new Chief Executive Officer. Brown's appointment is followed by the resignation of Richard Martel as the company's CEO and President and encompasses all of his respective duties as director and officer of the Company.

Brown's appointment is also accompanied by the termination of any existing investor relations and/or advisory agreement held by any and all independent contractors in place prior to this change in management.
