UGI Corp. Turns To Profit In Q3; Backs FY13 EPS Outlook - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - UGI Corp. (UGI) Tuesday reported third-quarter net income attributable to the company of $14.7 million, or $0.13 per share, compared to net loss of $6.3 million, or $0.06 per share in the comparable quarter last year.

On average, four analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to earn $0.08 per share for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

Meanwhile, revenues increased to $1.37 billion from $1.28 billion in the prior year period.

Looking ahead to fiscal 2013, the company continues to expect earnings in a range of $2.40 to $2.50 per share. Analysts expect full-year earnings of $2.46 per share.
