UDR to Participate in the Oppenheimer 2nd Annual REIT/Real Estate Forum

UDR, Inc. (NYSE: UDR) announced today that David Messenger, Chief Financial Officer, will participate in the Oppenheimer 2^nd Annual REIT/Real Estate Forum to be held Thursday, January 14, 2010. The forum will be held at the Oppenheimer & Co. Executive Conference Center in New York City. Mr. Messenger is scheduled to participate in a panel discussion at 11:15 a.m. Eastern Time.
