Trustmark Q3 Profit Tops View - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Trustmark Corp. (TRMK) reported net income attributable to common shareholders for the third quarter of $33.0 million or $0.49 per share, compared to $29.9 million or $0.46 per share for the year-ago quarter.

On average, eight analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to earn $0.47 per share on for the third quarter.

Net interest income for the latest third quarter rose to $102.13 million from $88.91 million a year earlier, while total non-interest income for the quarter was $47.13 million, down from $44.87 million in the comparable quarter last year.

Further, Trustmark said its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.23 per common share, payable December 15, 2013, to shareholders of record on December 1, 2013.
