TriplePoint Venture Commences 6.5 Mln Stock Offering
(RTTNews) - TriplePoint Venture Growth BDC Corp (TPVG) on Thursday said it is commencing a public offering of 6.5 million of its common shares.
TPVG also plans to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 975,000 shares.
The company said it plans to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay a part of its debts, as well as for general corporate uses, including strategic investments.
Morgan Stanley & Co LLC, Wells Fargo Securities LLC, Goldman, Sachs & Co, and UBS Securities LLC are joint book-running managers for the offering.
