Tractor Supply Announces 2% Gain In Q2 Bottom Line
(RTTNews) - Tractor Supply (TSCO) revealed a profit for its second quarter that increased compared to the same period last year.
The company said its bottom line came in at $156.43 million, or $1.16 per share. This was up from $153.33 million, or $1.12 per share, in last year's second quarter.
Analysts had expected the company to earn $1.16 per share, according figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
The company said revenue for the quarter rose 4.5% to $1.85 billion. This was up from $1.77 billion last year.
