Timken Declares Quarterly Dividend
CANTON, Ohio, Aug. 6, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The Timken Company (NYSE: TKR; www.timken.com) board of directors today declared a quarterly cash dividend of 23 cents per share. The dividend is payable on Sept. 4, 2013, to shareholders of record as of Aug. 20, 2013.

This marks the 365th consecutive quarterly dividend paid on the common stock of the company since Timken was listed on the New York Stock Exchange in 1922, one of the longest running dividend records among NYSE-listed companies.
