In his new role, Mr. Browning will plan and direct all aspects of the organization's policies, objectives and initiatives. Mr. Browning will be responsible for the achievement of long and short-term financial and operational goals, working in collaboration with the company's CEO to ensure continued growth for TDK Electronics Corporation.
