GARDEN CITY, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 14, 2005--TDK Electronics Corporation, a world leader in digital recording solutions, today announced that James Browning has been appointed to the position of President and Chief Operating Officer. In his new role, Mr. Browning will plan and direct all aspects of the organization's policies, objectives and initiatives. Mr. Browning will be responsible for the achievement of long and short-term financial and operational goals, working in collaboration with the company's CEO to ensure continued growth for TDK Electronics Corporation.
