Stratus Media Group Announces Karen Arikian as Director of the Perugia International Film Festival

Stratus Media Group, Inc. (OTCBB:SMDI), a global live entertainment company and owner of the Perugia International Film Festival (PIFF), announces Karen Arikian, currently serving as the Hamptons International Film Festival’s Executive Director, will take on the additional role as Director of the Perugia International Film Festival.

In addition to her ongoing duties as Executive Director of the Hamptons International Film Festival, Karen is a permanent consultant for European Film Promotion (EFP) on its U.S. initiatives. She is also a member of the Competition Selection Committee and the U.S. Delegate representing the East Coast for the Berlin International Film Festival. She will retain these roles and duties as she heads up the team at the Perugia International Film Festival.

The Perugia International Film Festival will take place from March 22 – 25, 2012. In addition to presenting quality international films, the Festival will create a forum for exploring the art and science of filmmaking.
