StoneCastle Gets Its New CFO - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Investment company StoneCastle Financial Corp. (BANX), said Patrick Farrell will take over as its new Chief Financial Officer from April 1. The company's interim Chief Financial Officer, Erik Minor, will continue as Managing Director with StoneCastle Partners LLC, focused on business development and product enhancements.

Farrell comes to StoneCastle with over 30 years of financial and business experience as a Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and as a former auditor. Before joining StoneCastle, he was the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Emerging Managers Group, LP, a specialty asset management firm. Prior to this, he had served as Chief Financial Officer at Reserve Management.
