Sky-mobi Shareholders Approve Merger - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Sky-mobi Limited (MOBI) announced that, at an extraordinary general meeting, the company's shareholders voted in favor of the proposal to authorize and approve the previously announced agreement and plan of merger dated August 22, 2016. Approximately 98.6% of the company's total outstanding shares voted in person or by proxy at the meeting were voted in favor of the proposal.

Under the merger agreement, among the company, Amber Shining Investment Limited and Power Rich Limited, Power Rich will be merged with and into the company with the company continuing as the surviving company and becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of Amber Shining Investment.
