Seaspan Prices 3.5 Mln Class A Shares Offering At $22/Shr - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Seaspan Corp. (SSW) has priced its prior announced public offering of 3.5 million Class A shares at $22.00 per share. The underwriters of the offering were granted a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 525,000 common shares. The offering may close on November 25, 2013.

The company plans to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, which may include funding vessel acquisitions.

Citigroup, BofA Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Deutsche Bank Securities, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Jefferies LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Clarkson Capital Markets would act as co-manager for the offering.
