Schneider Electric: Successful Issue of a €800 Million Bond

Schneider Electric (Paris:SU) launched yesterday a €800 million EMTN (Euro Medium Term Note) issue maturing in 8 years with a fixed coupon rate of 1.5%. This transaction enables the Group to increase its debt maturity profile with favorable financial conditions.
