RRSat Global Communications Q1 Profit Rises; Backs Full Year Revenue View

(RTTNews) - RRSat Global Communications Network Ltd. (RRST) Monday reported first-quarter net income attributable to shareholders of $1.80 million or $0.10 per share, up from $1.57 million or $0.09 per share in the prior year.

Non-GAAP earnings were $0.12 per share, compared to $0.11 per share a year ago.

The provider of digital media services said its revenues for the quarter climbed 12.3 percent to $32.86 million from $29.26 million a year ago. Media and Broadcasting revenue was $30.0 million, up 12.9 percent from last year.

For full year 2014, the firm still expects total revenues to be in the range of $129 million to $134 million representing 6.2 to 10 percent year-over-year growth.

The board also declared a cash dividend of $0.05 per share, to shareholders of record on June 2, 2014, payable on June 18.
