Royal Gold Inc. Q3 Earnings Retreat 25%

(RTTNews) - Royal Gold Inc. (RGLD) announced a profit for third quarter that decreased compared to the same period last year.

The company said its bottom line declined to $18.86 million, or $0.29 per share. This was lower than $25.01 million, or $0.38 per share, in last year's third quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 26.2% to $93.49 million. This was up from $74.11 million last year.
